DIPLOMA SCHOLARSHIPS,2014

Diploma scholarships are awarded to meritorious students who possess excellent track record in different disciplines, professions and outstanding academic results. Number of scholarship funds has been designed specifically for diploma students. World-class universities and colleges like University of Auckland, University of Sussex, The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance and lots more are providing international scholarships and grants to foreign students to undertake their degree courses at different study destinations around the world. University of Auckland Masters Scholarships
These Scholarships are offered annually to meritorious students enrolled for an approved Masters degree, an approved Bachelors Honours degree or an approved Postgraduate Diploma. Each award values up to $10,000 p.a. plus compulsory fees. The scholarships are for one year. Applications will close on 1^st November 2014 and 1^st November 2015.
The Draper Graduate Diploma in Law/Common Professional Examination Scholarship
The scholarship is available to UK, EU and overseas fee paying students and is for £1,000. The scholarship is offered as a reduction in tuition fees, paid termly and will be awarded to the student who possesses the highest academic ability and potential. Applicants must be applying for the course stated above and be starting September 2014. The deadline for all applications is 20 June 2014.
NAFA-funded Merit Awards
Merit Awards are offered to students who possess good academic results with minimum CGPA of 2.5 for NAFA Diploma graduates or the equivalent for non-NAFA Diploma graduates. Applicants must have good track record in the arts industry. The application period starts from 27^th January 2014 and ends on 23 May 2014.
Dare to Dream Scholarship
The Dare to Dream Scholarship is awarded to one new Diploma student with special needs, who has demonstrated good performance, track record, and/or relevant experience in his or her chosen field of study. Applicant must have been offered a place in a full-­time Diploma programme for the August 2014 intake. S$5,400 per academic year for a maximum of three (3) years or the minimum duration required to complete the Diploma course, whichever is shorter. Applications are open until 23 May 2014.
Future Leader Scholarship
The Future Leader Scholarship is designed to identify the most talented new students with excellent academic achievements, strong leadership potential and passion for the arts. Applicants must have been offered a place in a full-time Diploma, BA (Hons) programmes for the August 2014 intake. Applications will close on 23 May 2014.
NAFA-funded Diploma Scholarships
Scholarships are awarded to top students in each of the programme who have excellent academic results (high school/ secondary school). Applicants must have done well in the NAFA audition/ entrance test results. Each scholarship includes from S$4,500 to full waiver of tuition fees per academic year. The application period is 10 January 2014 to 04 April 2014.
BCA-Industry Built Environment Diploma Scholarship
The Diploma Scholarship/Sponsorship is a partnership between BCA and industry players to offer young people of high calibre an opportunity to take up full-time built environment courses at local Polytechnics and the BCA Academy. Applicants must be foreigners in their first year of studies at the local Polytechnics / BCA Academy. The deadline for applications is April end.
USQ Equity Diploma Scholarships
University of Southern Queensland is offering diploma scholarships for pursuing an undergraduate program. Scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis. Applicants must be enrolled in a minimum of 3 study units in the semester of application. Application should be submitted till 14th March 2014 for Semester 1, 2014.
Boeing Prize
These prizes are for associate degree and advanced diploma students who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement. Each prize is valued at $1500. In 2014 there are four prizes available. Applicants must be an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or an international student. The application deadline is 12 March 2014.
Guitar Higher Diploma Scholarship
Total Guitar Magazine is offering two, one for a UK based applicant and another for an EU/International applicant. The winner will be awarded a place on the one year Higher Diploma course commencing in October each year. The closing date for application is 10th March 2014.
Bass Higher Diploma Scholarship
Every year the Institute awards one free place on the Bass Higher Diploma course. Ernie Ball Music Man and Bass Guitar Magazine are offering two; one for a UK based applicant and another for an EU/International applicant. The winner will be awarded a place on the one year Higher Diploma course commencing in October each year. The application deadline is 10^th March 2014.
ECE Graduate and Undergraduate Scholarships
The ECE Graduate and Undergraduate scholarships are for those who would like to train as early childhood teachers and have experience working with either Maori or Pasifika communities. Scholarships cover core study fees and an allowance of $10,000 over the period of study. Applications for these scholarships open 3 February 2014 and close 3 March 2014.
