Women applicants must be pursuing a four-year technical degree or vocational education, an associate’s degree. It is the policy of JRF to grant award without regard to race, creed, religion, color, ancestry, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, national origin, or disability. The deadline to apply for a scholarship for 2014-15 school year is March 1, 2014.

Candidates must be a resident of Lonoke County, Arkansas, to apply for Open Scholarship Opportunities. Applicants who are single head of household (single, legally separated, divorced, widowed) with primary physical custody of a child under the age of eighteen (18) can apply for the scholarship. The deadline for applications is December 15, 2013.

Applicants or their immediate family may not currently be affiliated with any SCMOTC member club. She should be a senior in high school with plans to attend college, university, trade or vocational school and currently attending a college, university, trade or vocational school. Application must be postmarked by February 1, 2014.

For school graduates who wish to apply for this grants for single mothers must be a woman applicant and who is a direct survivor of intimate partner abuse. The scholarship is granted to assist women who have been parted from an abusive partner for at least of one year or more than five years may also apply. Financial aid is available to full and part time students who are enrolled in state supported community and private colleges, universities, technical/vocational schools, and profit schools. Requests for assistance are accepted on an ongoing basis.

This scholarship is awarded to single mothers for pursing an undergraduate degree at the University of Toledo. Preference will be given to active participants of Mom’s House, Toledo, Ohio. The scholarship recipients must not involve with Mom’s House will be given priority. Applicants must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.2 and demonstrated financial need. USA citizen residing in Lucas County and its contiguous counties will be considered for these grants for single mothers. 1st April is application deadline.
This scholarship is awarded to single mothers for pursing an undergraduate degree at the University of Toledo. Preference will be given to active participants of Mom’s House, Toledo, Ohio.
